For the week ending Oct 27, the NHL has listed Brad Marchand of the Boston Bruins as the first star, Nashville Predators defensemen Roman Josi as number two, and Brian Elliott of the Philadelphia Flyers as the third star of the week.

Taking the first spot is Boston Bruin's left-wing, Brad Marchand, who led the league this week with 8 points (3 goals, 5 assists). In his third game versus the New York Rangers, Marchand tallied 2 goals, 3 assists for his fifth career five-point game. Joining him with 5 points was teammate as well as last week's number one star, David Pastrnak. Brad is a Warrior guy, so we start off with the Warrior Alpha One Helmet, which protects the head from a wide range of impacts thanks to the OmniShock+ Protection system within a one-piece shell. It also features Warrior's AdaptaFit 360 System by Boa, which provides a 360° custom wrap around the head. Warrior's traditional fitting Dynasty AX1 gloves are his choice of mitts while holding Warrior's new Alpha DX Hockey Stick. Boasting blistering power and a lightning-fast release, the DX also provides tough durability from blade to handle. I'm sure he would be rocking Warrior skates if there were some, but it looks like he chooses to wheel inside Bauer's Supreme 2S Pro skates, offering one of the most efficient and effective strides Bauer has ever released.

#2 Roman.Josi.jpg

Josi came away this week with 2 goals, 4 assists which helped the Predators come way with a perfect week. Roman Josi and Ryan Ellis, who are a defensive pair, both have 13 points through their team's opening 11 games and becoming the first pair to do so since Phil Housley and Fredrik Olausson in 1992. Sporting the CCM Tacks 710 Helmet, he trusts in the nine D30 Lite pods that are strategically placed within the liner to offer excellent impact absorption. D30 is CCM's most protective foam, which is soft and comfortable in its natural state that quickly hardens upon impact to absorb and disperse the energy. He uses a pro stock model of CCM gloves with shot block protection so he can safely get in the shooting lane and help out his goalie. Looks like he is using CCM's newest addition to the Super Tacks family, the Super Tacks AS2 Hockey Stick. CCM's newest mid-kick stick unleashes incredible shot power with deadly accuracy while only weighing in at 410 grams. For his wheels are Bauer's Vapor 1X Hockey Skates, one of the most widely used skates the market has ever seen.

Finishing off this week is the Philadelphia Flyers backup goaltender, Brian Elliott, who posted a perfect 3-0-0 record. He ended the week with a 2.02 GAA, .933 SV% in four games to help the flyers notch 3 more regular-season victories. Elliott rocks Vaughn for his mask while representing complete CCM Extreme Flex 4 equipment, which is built for the hybrid style goalie. Down low, Elliott is still rocking an older version of Bauer Goalie Skates.
