Carlson was named the Second Star on Oct 20 for his 8 point performance. It only took him 6 points this week (3 goals, 3 assists) to be named the NHL's First Star of the week. Two of those goals were game-winners, helping to seal two victories against the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings. Carlson and the Caps are now leading the league in the overall NHL standings (49 points). If you remember, Carlson made history by obtaining 18 points in the team's opening 10 games. Well, now 31 games later, Carlson has 43 points (11 goals, 32 assists), which means he joins only two other defensemen in League history to reach the same feat, Bobby Orr and Al MacInnis. Recapping John's hockey gear from head to toe is the following: Bauer 4500 Helmet, CCM Quicklite Gloves, CCM Jetspeed FT2 Stick, and the Bauer 2X Pro Skates.

#2 - TRISTAN JARRY, PIT

Jarry turned aside every single shot he faced (61) throughout 120 minutes of ice-time. Posting back to back shutouts, Tristan helped the Penguins obtain two more victories and slide into the first Wild Card position in the Eastern Conference. This performance was an easy decision for the NHL to name him the Second Star of the week. His record is now 7-4-0 with a 1.82 GAA and .943 SV% through 11 games played. As a butterfly style goalie, Jarry sports Vaughn's Ventus Line for leg pads, catcher, and blocker. Up top, he wears Bauer's NME IX Face Mask for protection while rocking Warrior's Ritual V1 Pro+ Goalie Stick. A set of True Custom Goalie Skates finishes off Jarry's setup and our breakdown of this week's NHL's Second Star.

#3 - JACK EICHEL, BUF

Slipping into Third Place is Buffalo Sabres center, Jack Eichel, who led the league with a total of 7 points (2 goals, 5 assists) through four games. Jack is on pace for reaching 100 points and ranked 7th in the league with 42 points (18 goals, 24 assists). He also extended his point streak to 13 games, which is now his career-high as well. Eichel's bucket is Bauer's Re-Akt Helmet, known for its suspended liner and advanced smart foam protection. His mitts are the Bauer 2S Pro's, which offer incredible protection, comfort, and mobility. Within his grasp is Bauer's new Supreme 2S Pro Stick, boasting unmatching power and accuracy in a mid-kick stick. Finishing Eichel's gear is his wheels, Bauer's Supreme 2S Pro Skates, boasting an extremely efficient and effective stride for powerful skaters.
